Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I rated this hair a four star because, the ends are very split, I wish the fullness was all the way to the ends, however, the hair is very soft and so far manageable. I’m hoping it lasts for a while, also the tracks are a little detectable, I guess I will get a deeper parting space the next time.

WOW! Hair arrived super fast! I ordered three days ago and literally here first thing in the morning via FedEx. Texture is just as described and density appears to be more than 150% which I am more than happy with. Pre-plucked with baby hairs but will need to bleach knots if you are a stickler for a perfect hairline. Would highly recommend for the most natural look. Will post results after a wash, install and styling.
